Robotic System for Knee Endoprosthetics in Orthopedics

Delivery of a Robotic System for Orthopedics, specifically knee endoprosthetics: includes complete, ready-to-operate device systems and equipment with accessories, delivery free to the construction site up to the point of use with transport insurance, connection and checking to on-site supply and disposal points, assembly of all device parts into an operational, ready-for-acceptance device by qualified personnel ensuring static requirements, continuous removal of packaging materials and assembly dirt, securing of equipment until acceptance, assumption of fees for tests, initial validations, calibrations, and application procedures, commissioning and acceptance including safety-related acceptance and functional check, protection and maintenance of devices until functional acceptance, detailed instruction of user personnel with up to two repeat appointments. Delivery and commissioning must be completed by September 2026. A warranty period of 24 months applies after defect-free acceptance. Devices must comply with current technical rules, valid CE marks, MDR, radio interference level "K" (VDE 0871, VDE 0875), EMVG, and other relevant standards and regulations.
