Structural shell repair after demolition for two existing buildings with a total of four stairwells and 40 apartments (six floors including basement and attic): Masonry work includes closing approx. 512 units of wall openings, supplementing approx. 960 units of wall recesses with masonry, reinforcing approx. 176 units of loose masonry, closing approx. 360 m of wall slots with masonry, approx. 50 m² of masonry shaft wall, raising approx. 326 m of window sills with masonry, widening approx. 144 m of openings, producing approx. 33 units of flat lintels, approx. 180 m² of dry plaster, and approx. 324 m of lintel insulation on the inside of the exterior wall. Reinforced concrete work involves producing approx. 1,280 units of rebar connections and closing approx. 170 ceiling openings, including formwork, reinforcement, and grouting. Concrete preservation work on existing balcony slabs includes removing approx. 220 m² of damaged concrete, exposing, derusting, and applying corrosion protection to approx. 370 m of corroded reinforcement, and approx. 220 m² of spackling and coating (OS 4). Demolition work includes removing approx. 30 m² of parquet in partial areas, removing approx. 260 m of reveal plaster, creating approx. 95 units of wall breakthroughs, creating approx. 80 units of core drillings, and approx. 65 m of ceiling opening extensions.
