Demolition and Shell Construction Works: Demolition works on an office building from 2006 (gross floor area approx. 9,200 m², gross volume approx. 30,000 m³), complete demolition down to the shell and screed structures, partial demolition of structural elements including new replacement measures, installation of micropiles, earthworks, reinforced concrete shell construction for a garage (approx. 1,000 m² as an extension) and a foyer (approx. 75 m² as an extension), reinforced concrete shell construction for an elevator shaft in the existing building over 6 floors, masonry work for existing facade parapets, and steel grid platforms for four floor levels.
