Shell construction and natural stone work for the renovation of the Kronenboden at the Landestheater Altenburg: Work preparation/scaffolding with 6 pieces of wooden supports for vaulted ceiling and exterior walls (including removal/disposal), 1 piece of mobile scaffolding (load class 3, working height up to approx. 4.50 m); demolition work of 36 m² granite block steps (remove, clean/store for reuse), 30 m² granite paving (remove and store), 4 m³ stair stringers in the entrance area made of masonry, 27 m² massive stair landing, 27 m² existing brick floor (remove, dispose of and prepare subgrade), 13 m² vaulted ceiling made of brick with plaster (dismantle), 47 m³ partition walls/existing duct made of brick (demolish and dispose of), 15 m³ wall slots/chiseling work in brick masonry; creation of 52 pieces of wall openings, wall breakthroughs, lintel bearings and bearing pockets; masonry work with 35 m³ exterior wall openings (brick up), wall shafts (brick up) and interior wall openings (close), creation of 30 pieces of bearings for lintel installation, covering of 21 pieces of door and wall openings with reinforced concrete or brick lintels, formation of 15 m F-90 ceiling connection to masonry, repointing of 200 m² existing masonry, closing of 50 pieces of breakthroughs after media occupation, closing of 16 pieces of bearing pockets, 30 m crack repair with spiral anchors, repair of 100 pieces of attic/masonry areas; concrete and steel construction work with 1 m³ foundations/in-situ concrete components in the entrance stair area, 50 m² reinforced concrete ceilings and reinforced concrete vaulted ceilings, 1 piece of in-situ concrete staircase basement, 65 m² ceiling formwork/vault formwork/stair flight formwork, 55 m mortar bed in bearing slots, installation of 1.0 t reinforcing steel/round steel BSt 500 S, supply and installation of 22 pieces of steel beams/girders HEA, HEB, UPE (incl. initial coating); breakthroughs/core drillings with 629 pieces of core drillings in walls and ceilings (various diameters and depths), creation of 31 pieces of ceiling and vault breakthroughs, creation of 150 pieces of annular space seals for pipe penetrations; screed work with 75 m² cement screed CT-C25-F4 in slope/drainage area, approx. 20 m² cement screed CT-C25-F5 on insulation layer; plastering work with 20 m² single-layer interior plaster system, plastering of 50 pieces of small interior areas with lime-cement plaster, closing or plastering over of 250 m slots interior; earthworks with 6 m³ soil in the interior (loosen/manual excavation for seepage pits and foundations), creation of 35 m² capillary-breaking layer of gravel/crushed stone, 35 m² leveling layer of lean concrete, installation of 5 m³ gravel/crushed stone layer, supply and laying of 40 m filter fleece for seepage pit, creation of 30 m² surface sealing entrance platform, 30 m² capillary-breaking surface drainage, 30 m² drainable load distribution layer, 30 m² cementitious bonding bridge/contact layer; miscellaneous entrance staircase with 30 m railing/platform railing (dismantle and store), 10 pieces of lighting entrance staircase + entrance doors (dismantle and store), 45 pieces of granite steps (clean and reassemble), 5 pieces of replacement steps made of granite; elevator shaft closure with 1 piece of scaffolding for dismantling the suspended ceiling, 1 lump sum formwork construction for closing the elevator shaft, supply and laying of 4 m³ dovetail sheets + reinforcing mesh, introduction of 4 m² bound fill; facade with 3 m profiled cornice made of natural stone-sandstone (rebuild according to existing structure, supply and install); tower crane with 40 m² crane standing area, supply, laying, provision and later dismantling of 40 m² load distribution plates, supply, assembly, provision and dismantling of 1 piece of stationary tower crane, 150 hours labor hours/lifting.
