Extended shell construction works for the 2nd construction phase of a multi-purpose hall (MZH) with parking spaces, emergency power supply, and an administration wing for the fire department: reinforced concrete construction works (in-situ concrete, precast and/or semi-precast elements, prestressed hollow core slabs), facing works including scaffolding, and installation of industrial floor heating. The overall complex dimensions are approximately 62.32 x 54.25m, without basement, with a gross floor area of approx. 3,468 sqm. The multi-purpose hall's attic height is +10.50m above finished floor level. Scaffolding area approx. 1,300 sqm, facing masonry approx. 915 sqm, approx. 1,580m of 20 mm system pipe in concrete slab.
