Shell construction works: approximately 50 m³ of strip foundations of various dimensions, approximately 1,650 m² of blinding layer, approximately 960 m² of insulation under the base plate, approximately 1,675 m² of in-situ concrete base plate, approximately 2,200 m² of in-situ concrete for walls/columns (partially fair-faced concrete quality), approximately 1,700 m² of reinforced concrete slab (filigree slab), approximately 70 m of in-situ concrete beams, precast reinforced concrete elements (1 staircase, approximately 99 m concrete beams (7 pieces)), approximately 60 m² of calcium silicate fair-faced masonry, installation works approximately 300 m, approximately 200 pieces of flush-mounted boxes.
