Earthworks and sewer works include approximately 100 m³ of soil excavation and storage, approximately 40 m³ of gravel layer excavation and storage, approximately 50 m³ of sand bedding installation and compaction, approximately 300 m of drainage including planning and installation, approximately 370 m of KG 2000 DN 100/125/150 pipes, approximately 360 pieces of KG 2000 DN 100/125/150 bends, branches, sleeves, approximately 820 m of lightning protection works, 1 piece of liquid separator, 4 pieces of inspection shaft DN400/200, approximately 50 m of PE pipe drinking water line. Shell construction works involve approximately 50 m³ of strip foundations of various dimensions, approximately 1,650 m² of blinding layer, approximately 960 m² of insulation under the floor slab, approximately 1,675 m² of in-situ concrete floor slab, approximately 2,200 m² of in-situ concrete for walls/columns (partially fair-faced concrete quality), approximately 1,700 m² of reinforced concrete slab (filigree slab), approximately 70 m of in-situ concrete beams, precast reinforced concrete elements (1 staircase, approximately 99 m concrete beams (7 pieces)), approximately 60 m² of sand-lime brick fair-faced masonry. Installation works include approximately 300 m and approximately 200 pieces of installation boxes.
