Shell construction works for the conversion of the Parkschule main building into a primary school

Shell construction works for the renovation of the five-story main building of the Parkschule: conversion of the former secondary school into an inclusive, full-day, 3.5-stream primary school. The works include dismantling and demolition, drainage, reinforced concrete and masonry, particularly the construction of a new elevator shaft, waterproofing, and steel construction at Level 5 for the installation of the ventilation system. The listed main building (1916), the listed sports hall wing (1916), and the canteen building (2007) will be preserved and renovated. The intermediate building (1916) and the extension building (1963) will be demolished. Construction will take place during ongoing school operations.
