Shell construction works for the expansion of Heinrich-Neuy-School

Shell construction works for the conversion and expansion of Heinrich-Neuy-School: site setup, earthworks, concrete works, scaffolding works, masonry works, demolition works. The new school building includes a ground floor of approx. 550 m² with approx. 3.50 m floor height, a 1st upper floor of approx. 550 m² with approx. 3.50 m floor height, a 2nd upper floor of approx. 500 m², and a roof area of approx. 700 m² with a cross/gable roof. The new canteen building includes a ground floor of approx. 400 m² with approx. 3.30 m floor height and a roof area of approx. 400 m² with a flat roof, adjoining an existing monopitch roof. The ground floor slab will be constructed from waterproof concrete.
