Shell construction works for the expansion of Stadtbad Plauen include: lump sum site setup and clearing, 1,400 m² scaffolding/work platform for areas above 3.5 m height and ceilings. Demolition works involve cleaning and pallet storage of 565 m² concrete slab paving, removal and side storage of 530 m² concrete slab paving, and 672 m grouting for the dismantling of geothermal probes. Earthworks comprise loosening, loading, and hauling away 2,200 m³ of excavation (soil class 3-5), backfilling and compacting 1,650 m³ of excavation base and working space, preparing and compacting 1,150 m² of subgrade for the excavation base, excavating, backfilling, and compacting 450 m³ of pipe trench for main lines, and delivering and installing 180 m³ of sand bedding for main lines. Dewatering works include the lump sum provision and operation of open dewatering, and the provision of electric submersible pumps including accessories for 120 days. Drainage and main lines include 120 m of PP-HM main line DN 150, 85 m of PP-HM main line DN 200, and 4 ready-to-install concrete transfer manholes DN 1000. Concrete and reinforced concrete works involve 3,410 m² PE film/separation layers, 1,985 m² blinding layers, 55 m³ leveling and filling concrete, 1,400 m² perimeter insulation for floor slabs, 750 m² perimeter insulation for exterior walls/foundations, 1,802 m² total reinforced concrete floor slabs, 100 m² tank floor slabs (TWB), 110 m² reinforced concrete tank walls, 90 m² tank ceilings, 1,995 m watertight joints/joint sheets/controlled crack joints, 70 units recesses and built-in parts, 895 m² total basement walls, 157 m² basement interior walls, 14 m² basement exterior walls exposed concrete, 74 m basement columns, 2 light shafts, 158 m basement beams, 617 m² reinforced concrete basement ceilings, 617 m² ceiling formwork, 306 m edge formwork for ceilings, 4 precast stairs, lump sum stair bearings/sound insulation/accessories, 1,321 m² total ground floor/upper floor walls, 76 m² attics, 2,963 m² wall formwork ground floor/upper floor, 540 m² concrete surface smoothing, 450 m³ winter concrete/concreting below 5 °C, 120 m empty conduits/built-in parts, 2,150 m² total perimeter insulation, 85 t reinforcing steel B500B (rebar supplied, bent, and installed), 62 t reinforcing steel mesh B500A/B installed, 10,500 t composite beams, and 320 m² filigree slabs. Masonry works comprise 520 m² sand-lime brick masonry d=24.0 cm and 280 m² sand-lime brick masonry d=17.5 cm. Waterproofing and insulation works include 360 m² waterproofing against soil moisture (W2.1-E) with PMBC, 100 m² XPS perimeter insulation 120 mm on angled retaining wall base, and 50 m² XPS perimeter insulation 180 mm on angled retaining wall. Other services include the installation of 2 GRP light shafts including grating (pressure-water tight), height marks, and shell construction surveying.
