Shell construction works for the general renovation of Burgsinn outdoor swimming pool: setup of construction site, construction power, and water supply; 100 m construction fence, 200 m tree protection, 720 m² construction road, safety measures, flood protection requirements. Scaffolding works: 150 m² protective scaffolding for the diving pit. Earthworks: MZB: 265 m³ excavation, 520 m³ gravel sub-base, 41 m³ iron-free grit, 190 m³ excavation disposal; NSB (demolition): 130 m³ excavation, 160 m³ seepage gravel, 200 m³ backfilling of construction pit; SWB (demolition): 90 m³ excavation, 90 m³ backfilling, 35 m³ sub-base; SWB (new): 530 m³ excavation, 35 m³ gravel sub-base, 220 m³ backfilling of construction pit, 90 m³ soil exchange, 300 m³ excavation disposal; outdoor facilities: 250 m³ excavation for transfer level, 150 m³ excavation in planting areas, 45 m³ disposal; pipeline construction: 450 m³ excavation, 231 m³ pipeline zone backfilling, 300 m³ excavation disposal. Dewatering works: dewatering system for pools, SWB, and pipe trenches, including settling tanks. Concrete and reinforced concrete works: MZB: 115 m³ reinforced concrete, 185 m³ lean concrete, approx. 3,500 kg reinforcement, 400 m² formwork; SWB: 110 m³ reinforced concrete, 30 m³ lean concrete, approx. 12,300 kg reinforcement, 370 m² formwork; SPB: 74 m³ reinforced concrete, 2 m³ lean concrete, approx. 1,300 kg reinforcement, 40 m² formwork. Waterproofing works: 85 m² waterproofing of concrete decks. Demolition works: MZB: 50 m³ concrete demolition, 70 m² concrete saw cuts, various core drillings, diving facility; NSB: 56 m³ concrete demolition, 145 m² concrete saw cuts, 145 m² wall tiles, slide; SWB: 20 m³ concrete demolition, 16 m² concrete saw cut, attachments; outdoor facilities: 1,160 m² slab paving including sub-base, 500 m² planting strip grubbing, 2 stair systems, 3 walk-through pools, various equipment items; pipeline construction: approx. 400 m pipeline demolition; demolition of 2 shafts, construction of approx. 40 m main drainage pipe and 2 new shafts including connection to existing system.
