Shell Construction Works for the Modernization of GS Dorschbergschule

Shell construction works: earthworks, excavation of building pit and underpinning (800 m³), 175 breakthroughs and core drillings in existing structures, 150 m² masonry work, strengthening of the existing basement ceiling with 16 HEB 160 mm steel beams including drillings, 150 m foundations and underpinning including waterproofing, 242 m² floor slab including waterproofing, 1,579 m² filigree slab 5 cm with concrete topping 11-15 cm, 377 m beams and 42 columns made of reinforced concrete SB4 (fair-faced concrete), 2 precast concrete stairs (width 1.30 m) and 2 seating stairs (width 2.50 m) each, and 217 m² walls on the ground floor.
