Shell construction works for the renovation of the Red House West Wing

Safety installations: 145 m of side protection to be erected and maintained. Demolition works: demolition of 160 m² and 60 m³ of brickwork, 118 m² of timber beam ceilings, jack arch ceilings, and steel-concrete ceilings, 125 m³ of fill material, 125 m of strip foundation concrete with 24 kN/m³ to be chipped off. Earthworks: loosening, direct loading, and transport of 170 m³ of soil for working space; disposal of 280 t of non-contaminated soil (EBV 2 023 BM -0); loosening and storing 22 m³ of soil for underpinning and creating sloped walls; creating 10 breakthroughs in existing strip foundations; installing and compacting 170 m³ of gravel-sand mixture as main backfill. In-situ concrete works: 21 m³ of reinforced concrete C 20/25 for sectional underpinning; 42 m³ of unreinforced in-situ concrete C 12/15 D for blinding layer of floor slab and foundations; 305 m² of fresh concrete surface treatment with increased flatness tolerances and smoothing; 21 m³ of reinforced concrete C 25/30 for strip/individual foundations; 54 m³ of reinforced concrete C 25/30 XF 1 XC 2 for floor slab; 81 m³ of reinforced concrete C 25/30 XC 1 for horizontal ceiling slab; 72 m³ of topping concrete LC 12/13. Precast reinforced concrete elements: 1 precast stair flight C25/30 XC 1; 1 dismantling and storage of a flat steel railing. Reinforcement, spacers, and built-in parts: 40.5 t of reinforcing steel B 500A. Formwork: 46 m² of formwork for foundations; 125 m² of formwork for walls; 20 m² of formwork per beam and column; 380 m² of formwork for ceiling slab; 17.2 m² of formwork for stairs; 19 formworks for ceiling slab openings. Masonry works: 120 m ring anchors; 330 m² interior walls D 11.5-36.5 cm SFK 12; 80 m masonry piers D 36.5 cm SFK 12; creating 38 openings in solid vaulted ceilings and brick ceilings; creating 307 wall breakthroughs in walls D 11.5-75 cm, 100-5000 cm²; closing 131 wall breakthroughs in walls D 11.5-50 cm, 100-2500 cm²; creating 34 door openings; modifying 74 door openings; creating 130 bearing pockets for precast lintels; 421 precast lintels 11/19 w/h, 17.5/19 w/h, 18/24 w/h. Core drillings: 77 horizontal core drillings D 100-300 mm, T 25-35 mm in reinforced concrete/brick ceilings; 226 vertical core drillings inside and outside D 100-450 mm, T 25-200 cm in masonry/reinforced concrete. Insulation and sealing works: 350 m pressure rail; 900 m² wall cleaning by sandblasting; 180 m² cement plaster as substrate preparation for brick and natural stone masonry; 192 m foundation leveling with concrete; 350 m coving formation; 305 m² sealing of floor slab, plinth, and room corners; 46 m² cross-section sealing; 30 m² negative sealing. Steel construction and shoring works: installation of 15.5 t beams (IPE 200/HEA 320/HEA 260/HEA 220/HEA 200/HEA 160/HEA 140/HEA 100/HEB 220); 730 kg square tube columns QRO 50/4; 2,800 kg profile steel columns HR 300/100/10; 110 m² dovetail composite decking; shoring and temporary supports with 11 m³ load-distributing beams and columns; 310 heavy-duty supports as construction aids Class D. Piping: PP pipes for wastewater and rainwater.
