Shell construction for Dreispitzpassage in Berlin-Mitte

Shell construction: Creation of 44 new apartments on the Dreispitzpassage property (Friedrichstraße 130 A-C, Claire-Waldoff-Straße 1, 3, 5 and Reinhardtstraße 2 in Berlin-Mitte) by adding a superstructure to the existing underground garage. This includes the demolition of the shopping mall, the integration of a green inner courtyard, and the adaptation of adjacent building parts, specifically building part G on all floors and building parts A/B and D/E on the ground and basement floors. The single-story block on underground garage TG 1 will be demolished and replaced by a 2- to 6-story superstructure. The internal mall above underground garage TG will also be demolished and replaced by a green inner courtyard. The new building structure begins above the underground garage level and connects with six upper floors to the existing corner building Claire-Waldoff-Straße 5. Towards Reinhardtstraße, the number of floors gradually reduces to two stories and a roof terrace. The connection to Claire-Waldoff-Straße 5 is made via open, stacked terrace levels in reinforced concrete construction. The property size is 7,373 m², with an average ground height of approx. 33.50 m above sea level.
