Shell Construction Works for Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt Information Center

Shell construction works for a multi-story building as a seamless reinforced concrete structure with an in-situ concrete fair-faced facade: creation of reinforced concrete flat slabs, reinforced concrete access cores, and solid reinforced concrete columns; minor earthworks include creating media trenches and shaft pits (approx. 85.5 m³), backfilling media trenches (approx. 115.02 m³), removal of shotcrete slope stabilization up to approx. 1m below ground level (39 m²), backfilling working space with drainage concrete (59 m³) and gravel sand (360 m³); external walls/facade with waterproof concrete external walls (partially colored, basement: approx. 330 m²), inner load-bearing shell external walls fair-faced concrete SB 4 (approx. 73 m²), inner load-bearing shell columns fair-faced concrete SB 4 (approx. 70 m³), foam glass core insulation (approx. 360 m²), outer visible shell external walls fair-faced concrete SB 4 (approx. 85 m²), outer visible shell columns and circumferential edge beams fair-faced concrete SB 4 (approx. 75 m³), bush-hammered fair-faced concrete facade surfaces (approx. 460 m²); foundation as a base plate with base plate reinforcements made of waterproof concrete (approx. 200 m³); roof with in-situ concrete hollow-core roof slab (approx. 418 m²); floor slabs with in-situ concrete hollow-core slabs (697 m²) and in-situ concrete slab d 20-25cm (341 m²); internal walls with reinforced concrete internal walls (partially colored and SB 4: approx. 387 m²) and reinforced concrete internal walls as shaft walls (colored and SB 4: approx. 536 m²); concrete inlay work, main pipe work below the base plate, pipe work within the floor slab, main pipe work in the outdoor area, creation of a retention cistern, an infiltration system, and drainage. Site facilities are part of the scope of services. Execution period: start 12 working days after request, completion within 14 months.
