Shell construction works for Johannesschule in Sundern: Construction of a 2- to 3-story new building between the gymnasium and the existing building, redesign of the covered entrance area into a foyer using a post-and-beam facade, and partial reconstruction of the existing extension building. The new building includes a social tract for the gymnasium on the ground floor (equipment rooms, teacher rooms, changing rooms, showers, WCs), a passage to the rear playground, a new staircase, and boys'/girls' toilets in the existing building. The first floor will house a canteen with kitchen and storage rooms, and an OGS group room. The second floor will contain 2 classrooms with differentiation groups and a reading garden. The existing extension building is a 2-story solid construction/reinforced concrete skeleton structure from 1982, with an additional story in timber construction added in 2007.
