Shell construction works for a 3-story, non-basement building (GFA: approx. 4,972 m², GCV: approx. 22,164 m³) for the City of Neuss: earthworks, reinforced concrete, insulation, waterproofing, and drainage works, including reinforced concrete foundation works (approx. 1,677 m²), reinforced concrete walls (approx. 2,355 m²), reinforced concrete ceilings (approx. 3,947 m²), 2 reinforced concrete staircases, insulation works in the floor slab area (approx. 1,751 m²), structural waterproofing (approx. 150 m²), electrical installation works in concrete components (approx. 269 m), laying of cable protection pipes/supply lines (approx. 450 m), main drainage lines (approx. 220 m), and the supply and installation of 1 grease separator system.
