Pipe and Civil Engineering for New Natural Gas High-Pressure Pipeline AL Gorlitzsch and STEGAL Relocation
Pipe and civil engineering services: Construction of the natural gas high-pressure pipeline AL Gorlitzsch (nominal diameter DN 250, design pressure 100 bar) from AS Rückersdorf to AL Gera, and relocation of the STEGAL pipeline (DN 800, design pressure 90 bar) in the area of B92/railway tracks DB-Strecke 6269 and 6383 over approx. 650 m. Services include all pipe and civil engineering works, laying of cable protection pipes for remote control technology, recultivation of the working strip, station modification of the shut-off and pigging station AS, MS Rückersdorf, integration of AL Gorlitzsch into AS Gera, special structures and pipe jacking (approx. 120 m for B92/railway tracks, and at Weißer Elster), as well as strength and tightness testing. The AL Gorlitzsch pipeline will be predominantly laid in open trench construction with an approx. 16 m wide working strip and a 6 m wide protection strip; crossings will be executed using closed construction methods. Planning, construction, supervision, documentation, and operation must comply with DVGW regulations and the High-Pressure Gas Pipeline Ordinance. Project requirements include water law treatment, water crossings, land rights, infrastructure coordination, and nature, species, soil, and groundwater protection.
