Rotavirus Vaccine for Mandatory Vaccinations, Parts 1 to 3

Delivery of rotavirus vaccine for mandatory vaccinations: total quantity 62,000 schemes, with the option to reduce the purchase quantity by a maximum of 20% per part. Required is a valid marketing authorization for the medicinal product in Poland, issued by the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, or a valid authorization from the European Union or European Commission. This authorization must be valid on the day of bid submission and cover the entire contract performance period. In case of expiry, an application for extension or a new authorization must be submitted. Documents in a foreign language must be submitted with a Polish translation. further items as per the tender documents.
