Rotavirus Vaccine for Mandatory Vaccinations

Delivery of rotavirus vaccine for mandatory vaccinations: total quantity 62,000 vaccination schemes. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the purchase quantity by up to 20% per part. Required is a valid marketing authorization for the medicinal product in Poland, issued by the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, or a valid authorization from the European Union or the European Commission. The authorization must be valid on the day of bid submission and cover the entire contract period. If validity expires, proof of application for extension or a new valid authorization must be submitted.
