Construction Works for Tarnowskie Termy Aquapark: Slide, Water Playground, Retaining Walls

Construction works for the expansion and reconstruction of the Tarnowskie Termy Aquapark: Erection of a water slide, a water playground, and retaining walls, along with the necessary technical infrastructure. Work is to be carried out while the Aquapark remains operational, without hindering its main activities. Archaeological investigations are required. The expansion of the sauna zone will commence no earlier than September 2027. Excluded are the supply of an electrolyzer and the construction of a pavement of approx. 45 m². The interior fit-out of the new sauna (benches, oven, lighting, sound system, ventilation) will be performed by the client after the construction work is completed. A CCTV recorder is to be replaced by a server. New lockers must be compatible with the existing ESOK system. Existing systems include Bosch fire alarm control panel, Roger access control, LSI Software ESOK (system change planned for 2027), and Menerga ventilation units.
