Development of the Masovian e-Health Platform: Development of the IT system "Mazowiecka Platforma e-Zdrowie" and ensuring continuity of operation for the modified system within the "E-zdrowie dla Mazowsza 3" project. The service includes the provision or development of an e-CD service enabling patients electronic access to imaging test results in DICOM format via a web portal and internal HIS/RIS systems. Replacement of the PACS system is permissible, provided appropriate integrations are ensured for the correct functioning of the PACS system compatible with MPeZ functionalities, particularly the order module and long-term archive. The contract also covers the maintenance of the Masovian e-Health Platform, including service, author's supervision, warranty, administration, and monitoring. The contract duration is from the date of signing until September 30, 2030, with the basic part running until September 30, 2029 (excluding option right No. 2).
