Demolition of Old Gittelbrücke Walbeck: Removal of 150 m² asphalt paving, 250 m² concrete slab, and 400 m² unbound layer for the road surface; demolition of the existing structure including removal of 80 m² asphalt paving, demolition of 1 lump sum superstructure steel construction and 175 t abutments and wings; delivery and covering with 550 m³ topsoil. Special precautions are required due to the contaminated superstructure coating. Execution period from 14.09.2026 to 13.11.2026. Alternative bids are only permitted in conjunction with a main bid; multiple main bids are permitted. The award criterion is the lowest price. Qualification requirements: prequalification or self-declaration of suitability, proof of expertise according to § 6a Abs. 3 VOB/A (turnover of the last 3 financial years, comparable services of the last 5 calendar years, number of employees of the last 3 calendar years, professional register entry, no insolvency/liquidation, no serious misconduct, proper payment of taxes/duties/social security contributions, registration with professional association), further items as per the tender documents.
