Demolition and parking lot construction for former Hertie building

Demolition work for the former Hertie building down to the basement, involving a largely reinforced concrete shell structure. Building dimensions are approximately 62 m * 75 m, the built-up area is approximately 4,042 m², the top parking deck height is approximately 12 m above street level, the building height is approximately 19 m, the gross floor area is approximately 20,870 m², and the gross volume is approximately 81,260 m³. This includes the construction of drainage for the parking lot, concrete preservation measures for the basement ceiling, backfilling work, the creation of the parking lot surface with asphalt, and securing work on the openings.
