Demolition and parking lot construction for former Hertie building

Demolition work for a former Hertie building: Demolition of the building down to the basement, predominantly reinforced concrete shell construction, with building dimensions of approx. 62 m * 75 m, a built-up area of approx. 4,042 m², a top parking deck height of approx. 12 m above street level, a building height of approx. 19 m, a gross floor area of approx. 20,870 m², and a gross volume of approx. 81,260 m³. This includes the construction of drainage for the parking lot, concrete preservation measures for the basement ceiling, backfilling work, creation of the parking lot surface with asphalt, and securing work on the openings.
