Monochrome workplace printers for municipal departments and public enterprises

Delivery of monochrome workplace printers for municipal departments and public enterprises: approximately 3,000 devices, including maintenance services for 36 months, optional maintenance based on effort, provision and maintenance of fleet management software, and disposal. The framework agreement has a term of 24 months with an optional extension of 24 months; the earliest contract start date is April 1, 2027. The maximum value is 973,800.00 € net plus VAT. Delivery includes at least: USB connection cable (USB 2.0 or higher, 5m), power cable (230 Volt, 1.5m), return of packaging, internet link to the German operating manual for drivers and software. Maintenance includes a service included in the purchase price for 36 months from delivery; maintenance based on effort is optional based on a cost estimate; optional support services for the fleet management software are available for an additional charge. The fleet management software includes installation and commissioning, maintenance for 48 months, and provision of licenses for 60 months from printer delivery. Optional training and instruction for municipal staff in hardware and software is provided. Disposal of the delivered printers after end of use is carried out professionally; optional disposal of printers from previous contracts can be commissioned for a flat fee.
