SaaS 2D Plan Lifecycle Management System: comprehensive introduction for the execution planning phase, digital administration of all plans and inspection documents. The system enables fast and efficient distribution of plans to internal and external stakeholders via automated workflows, complete documentation of verifiable plan documents including qualified digital signatures, and a standardized reporting system for inspection progress. It is an internet-based system for seamless integration of external stakeholders (e.g., general contractors, external inspection engineers, external experts, construction supervisors) and fully supports electronic plan approval. Objectives include shortening the time from plan creation to plan approval, ensuring the use of current plan versions on construction sites, providing an immediate overview of a plan document's location in the approval process, digital archiving of plan and supplementary information, and reducing the overall costs of the plan approval procedure. The plan management covers all relevant planning phases and supports process requirements according to VV-BAU and VVBAU-STE.
