Juices and Mineral Water for Hospitality and Trade
Delivery of juices, iced teas, and mineral water: Products must comply with the technical specifications and requirements of the bill of quantities. Delivered goods must meet applicable Croatian and EU regulations for quality and health safety. Delivery is required in appropriate transport and individual packaging, sealed and with product declaration. Shelf life at the time of delivery must not be near expiry; if less than two-thirds of the total shelf life, goods will be returned and must be replaced. Packaging must allow identification of name and manufacturer, and ensure safe transport and handling. Provisions of the Croatian Law on Obligations, specifically articles 401 to 408 for defects, apply.
