Supply of Electricity and Portfolio Management Services

Supply of electricity and portfolio management services: The procurement is a joint acquisition, managed by Sansia, for the City of Mikkeli, Etelä-Savon Koulutus Oy, Metsäsairila Oy, Mikalo Oy, and Mikkelin Asumisoikeus Oy. The price consists of spot delivery of physical electricity, settlement of power-based price fixings to reduce risk, acquisition of origin certificates for renewable electricity, supplier margin, and Fingrid's current production and consumption volume fee. The fixed-term contract period is from 01.01.2029 to 31.12.2030, with an extension option from 01.01.2031 to 31.12.2032, to be jointly decided by the contracting parties. The estimated total electricity procurement for all clients is approximately 38.2 GWh/year; this amount is an estimate subject to annual variation. Specific consumption points and estimated quantities are detailed in an appendix to the tender; all stated quantities are estimates and not binding. One (1) supplier will be selected.
