Building and Interior Design for Renovation of Carl-Orff-Gymnasium Unterschleißheim

Building and interior design, service phases 2-3 and 5-9 according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI: phased renovation and restructuring of parts of the Carl-Orff-Gymnasium in Unterschleißheim. The renovation area covers approximately 800 to 1,000 m², originally up to 400 m² of open learning landscapes, extended by adjacent teaching, corridor, access, and ancillary areas, as well as fire protection and building technology adjustments. Implementation will be phased during ongoing school operations, structured into BA 1 (1st upper floor), BA 2 (ground floor, section 1), and BA 3 (ground floor, section 2). Estimated costs (KG 300+400, as of August 2026) are approximately 5.50 million € gross. Project milestones: start of planning services March 2027, start of construction implementation February 2028, estimated completion February 2030. The commissioning is phased and by construction section, starting with service phase 2 according to § 34 HOAI for all construction sections; service phases 3 and 5-9 will be called off in stages and by construction section, with no legal claim to overall commissioning.
