Renovation of the Gymnasium Exterior for Domgymnasium Naumburg

Site setup for the entire project over the entire construction period from October 19 to October 30, 2026. This includes: approx. 400 m² interior scaffolding, load class 3, indoors, height up to 8.0 m, with a usage period of 2 weeks; approx. 150 m² interior scaffolding to be relocated and adjusted; approx. 50 m of side protection to be installed for all 4 scaffolding layers with a height of 8 m and approx. 50 m to be removed; approx. 400 m² scaffolding cladding made of scaffolding nets; approx. 265 m² floor protection covering with building protection mat, 6 mm thick fleece, to be installed and removed, each with a usage period of 2 weeks; approx. 265 m² floor protection covering with hardboard panels to be installed and removed; approx. 75 linear meters of protection for impact walls to be installed, with a usage period of 2 weeks, and approx. 75 linear meters to be removed. Furthermore, the service includes workshop planning, dismantling of existing rooflights and light walls, as well as the supply and installation of 3 new rooflights including actuators from D&H, 3 frames, 3 fall-through grids, 9 ventilation flaps, 9 spindle drives, 3 RWA (Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilation System) control units, 3 units of 24V DC RWA actuators for skylights/rooflights, and 10 smoke detectors with base and cover. The initial commissioning of the RWA system and a maintenance contract for the RWA system with a duration of 1 year are also included. Additionally, 1 rooflight in the reveal of the east side and 2 rooflights in the reveals of the north and south sides will be supplied and installed. The service also comprises 21 linear meters of two-part aluminum window elements, 21 linear meters of exterior and 21 linear meters of interior window sills (total width 21 m each), approx. 25 m² self-adhesive privacy film, 1 two-leaf aluminum door element as an exterior door, 2 door stoppers for the main entrance, 2 single-leaf aluminum door elements as an exterior door (dts), approx. 2 m² of old impact wall T02 and T03 to be preserved and reinstalled, 2 door elements T02 and T03, approx. 6 m² brickwork above both exterior doors (masonry exterior wall, rear masonry ETICS, sand-lime brick L, thickness 30 cm, mortar group 5, 5DF (240/300/113), ground floor), approx. 2.5 m opening to be covered with load-bearing sand-lime brick flat lintel (exterior wall, height 12.3 cm, thickness 30 cm, width 113.5 cm), approx. 25 m TA anchor rail made of bright rolled steel, profile 28/15, to be installed around both doors, and approx. 25 m unevenness of the reveal, width 100 cm, to be leveled with lime plaster mortar CL, thickness 2-5 mm, at both doors.
