Planning and construction supervision for the renovation of digestion tanks 1-5 at Wastewater Treatment Plant 1, Nuremberg: comprehensive renovation of digestion tanks 1-5 including the associated elevator tower and connecting bridges; structural repair; renewal of process technology (pipelines, machinery, and other digestion tank installations); extensive concrete repairs; sealing works; energy-efficient renovation (thermal insulation, facade design). The project will be executed serially and in five construction phases. An overarching system plan must first be developed, based on which individual construction phases will be commissioned step-by-step. The cost calculation of each construction phase serves as the basis for remuneration. Not included is the comprehensive renewal of pipeline installations in the lower installation corridor or sludge cellar.
