Renovation of Schiltach Schenkenzell Primary School

General renovation of Schiltach/Schenkenzell Primary School starting from the school year 2027/2028: Comprehensive energetic upgrade of the building to reduce energy consumption, lower operating costs, and decrease CO₂ emissions. This includes integrating covered outdoor areas and roofing an inner courtyard for indoor use. The building envelope will be modernized through the renewal of all windows with high thermal insulation glazing, energetic renovation of the facades, complete renewal of the flat roof including thermal insulation, and renewal/supplementation of external sun protection systems. Floor plans will be reorganized for contemporary pedagogy, with differentiation areas for classrooms and open learning islands. A canteen with ancillary rooms, as well as modern common and care rooms, will be created. The entire technical building equipment (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) will be completely renewed, and the electrical infrastructure modernized for digital learning environments; further items as per the tender documents.
