Renovation of the Women's Thermal Section at Széchenyi Thermal Bath, Phase I: structural and architectural renewal of the pools, including demolition of cladding, insulation, pool fittings, floor inlets, drains, and water outlets. Installation of new, standard-compliant equipment and pipes within the pool body, suitable for professional insulation. Renovation of building electrical and building management systems with room-specific protection levels, wiring, fittings, and distribution network. The affected area comprises 562 m² in the basement, 455 m² on the ground floor, and 405 m² in the attic, totaling 1,422 m². The property is a heritage-protected public bath of Type 1.
