Renovation of the Social Hall in Dělnický dům Peklo

Construction modifications and extension of part of the Dělnický dům Peklo complex: includes the large hall building, adjoining changing room facilities, staircase, and entrance hall. The complex has two underground floors, one above-ground floor, and an attic. The site is located in Plzeň, bounded by Jízdecká, Tyršova, Pobřežní streets, near Generál Patton Bridge, on parcel numbers 10265, 10266, 10267, 10268, 9393/1, 10563/31, 10563/4, 10563/8, and 5265/28. The relevant part of the building is registered as a cultural monument (ÚSKP 47588/4-205). The service includes an additional building-historical survey and a comprehensive restoration survey. Valuable elements will be professionally dismantled, refurbished, and stored. After scaffolding erection, restoration surveys of plasters and stone elements will be conducted. The extent of existing internal plaster removal will be determined after the surveys, with 100% removal expected for areas not deemed historically valuable. On the entire facade, emphasis will be placed on securing traces of original division, profiling, or coloring, with the aim of maximum preservation of existing elements.
