Partial demolition and reconstruction of a municipal building: creation of 2 residential apartment units, including a rear first-floor extension. This involves the demolition of the existing rear extension roof, construction of a first floor above, demolition of the chimney and existing floor slab. The building envelope will be completed according to current regulations, aiming for a Building Energy Rating (BER) of A2 or greater.
