Rehabilitation, Modernization, and Equipping of Kindergartens in Hunedoara

Construction works for the rehabilitation, modernization, and equipping of two kindergartens in Hunedoara. The scope includes thermal rehabilitation of the building envelope, heating and hot water supply systems, installation of alternative energy generation systems, and HVAC systems. Furthermore, modernization of electrical installations, integrated building management, and fire protection measures are planned. The rehabilitation of educational spaces involves the replacement of interior doors and windows, architectural adjustments, interior fittings, flooring works, facade and roof repairs, and modernization of sanitary facilities. Exterior works include landscaping, establishment of play and rest areas, creation of green spaces, construction of up to 6 parking spaces, fence repairs, and renewal of rainwater drainage. The execution period is 20 months, with a minimum contract duration including warranty of 56 months (20 months execution + 36 months warranty). In case of an extended warranty exceeding 3 years, the contract duration will increase accordingly.
