Renovation and Expansion of the Saxon State Parliament

Landscape architecture planning for the renovation and expansion of the Saxon State Parliament in Dresden: basic services of service phases 5 to 9 according to Annex 11 to § 39 HOAI in conjunction with Part 3, Section 2 HOAI and RLBau 2018. The construction project includes the new extension (annex and building structure in the inner courtyard), the renovation of the Bernhard-von-Lindenau-Platz forecourt open spaces, as well as the renovation of the existing buildings and outdoor facilities (Elbe wing, inner courtyard, forecourt). The planning of the forecourt considers monument protection requirements, especially regarding the existing slab paving and installations. All measures are carried out during ongoing operations. The total cost framework (KG 500) is 9,036,468 million EUR gross, and the total construction costs (KG 200-600) are 317,203,000.00 EURO. The commissioning will be phased; further descriptions as per the tender documents.
