Renovation and expansion of Fire and Rescue Station 1, built in 1983, located at Erich-Schlesinger-Str. 24, Rostock. The construction project includes construction phases 2 (emergency medical services) and 3 (volunteer fire department and civil protection). These building sections consist of single-story vehicle halls and attached two-story functional buildings for sanitary, social, common, and office spaces. Building section 3 features a third floor for training and fitness rooms, ancillary rooms, and the ventilation control center. Building section 2 has a second upper floor on the south side for the technical control center.
