Renovation and Conversion Mühlenweg 61 for Music School and New Gymnasium Wilhelmshaven

Site setup: complete (1 lump sum), installation of personnel and material airlocks (4 pcs), provision of negative pressure units and air purifiers (12 pcs), sealing and dust protection walls (1,200 m²), establishment of black/white areas (1 lump sum). Protection and accompanying works include masking and inventory protection (900 m²), marking and barrier measures (1 lump sum), cleaning of traffic routes and transfer areas (1 lump sum), and air guidance and negative pressure monitoring (1 lump sum). Asbestos and KMF remediation involves the removal of asbestos-containing floor coverings (50 m²), removal of KMF insulation (750 m), fine cleaning and residual fiber binding (1 lump sum). Lead and contaminant remediation comprises the removal of lead-containing paints (2 pcs), dismantling of contaminated gypsum plasterboard (GKP) walls (50 m²), surface cleaning (1,500 m²), as well as control measurements and wipe samples (1 lump sum). Mold decontamination in the basement (KG): mechanical removal of affected areas (250 m²), disinfection and spore binding (1 lump sum), fine cleaning and HEPA vacuuming (250 m²). Gutting: dismantling of non-load-bearing interior walls (45 m²), removal of doors and fixtures (5 pcs), demolition of tiles and wall plaster (15 m²), and further gutting works (1 lump sum). Disposal and landfilling: packaging and transport of asbestos (1 lump sum), disposal of KMF (2 t), disposal of mixed construction waste (5 t), documentation and electronic waste verification (eANV) (1 lump sum). Hourly rate works: 10 hours for verification.
