Timber Construction Services for New Building

Timber construction services in the new building area above the 1st floor reinforced concrete slab: Walls as timber panel walls (prefabricated parts), ceilings as CLT ceiling construction, partly with ribs. Cladding of the timber panel walls with gypsum fiber boards inside and outside. Ceilings rest on columns and beams made of laminated veneer lumber or glulam. Consideration of static specifications from released position plans of the execution statics, as well as integrated own factory and assembly planning into the execution planning. Thermal insulation and sound insulation requirements are to be considered. Areas for temporary site setup and and use as intermediate storage for accumulating material are available; water, electricity, and sewage connections are provided through a separate award for central site facilities. Main services for the 2nd to 4th floor include factory and assembly planning as well as cutting planning for all timber components; manufacturing, delivery, and assembly of timber panel walls including cladding; manufacturing, delivery, and assembly of columns, main and secondary beams made of laminated veneer lumber or glulam; manufacturing, delivery, and assembly of CLT ceilings with and without ribs including re-anchoring to reinforced concrete components.
