Plumbing, Heating, and Fire Protection for New Gymnasium Construction

Plumbing, heating, and fire protection technology for the new construction of the Emmy-Noether-School (Gymnasium): approx. 2,200 m cast iron wastewater pipes DN 50-200; pressure roof drainage for sports hall made of steel pipe with insulation and fire protection; 2 rainwater lifting units with shut-off devices, shaped and connecting pipes; 3 wastewater lifting units with shut-off devices, shaped and and connecting pipes; 1 grease separator NS7 (indoor installation) with integrated lifting unit, disposal shaft, grease layer thickness measuring device, and shut-off devices; approx. 170 m cast iron wastewater pipes DN 50-150 for grease wastewater with insulation, fire protection, and electric trace heating; 1 drinking water booster system; 2 fresh water stations with pumps, fittings, and buffer tanks (1x 1,000 l, 1x 2,000 l); approx. 4,900 m stainless steel pipes DN 15-65 with insulation, fire protection, fittings, and accessories; 1 rainwater harvesting system with automatic drinking water replenishment; approx. 500 m stainless steel pipes DN 20-40 for service water system with insulation, fire protection, fittings, and accessories; approx. 360 sanitary objects with installation elements, fittings, accessories, and grab rails; 4 gas warning systems for science rooms with sensors and flashing lights; approx. 200 m dry fire extinguishing line made of stainless steel pipe DN 80 with fire protection; 17 fire water extraction cabinets with hose connection fittings; 3 fire water inlets consisting of flush-mounted cabinet and inlet fitting. At least 3 qualified, German-speaking managers (master craftsmen, technicians, or experienced senior fitters) must be assigned as fixed contact persons for the construction management for the entire execution period. Personnel changes are only permitted for important reasons and upon nomination of an equally qualified replacement. The work must be organized in terms of personnel and logistics to ensure simultaneous, full deployment in at least 3 separate assembly areas in the building at all times.
