Sanitary and heating installation: Dismantling and disposal of approx. 165 m existing sewage/rainwater pipes including insulation, demolition and disposal of 21 sanitary objects. Laying of approx. 52 m copper pipes of various diameters, 71 pieces of 90-degree elbows of various diameters, 93 pieces of galvanized steel pipe clamps. Installation of approx. 75 m thermal insulation for pipes made of PE foam and mineral wool. Execution of 2 pressure and leak tests for pipes and 2 flushings of the cold water piping system. Laying of approx. 55 m hot water resistant, sound-insulated polypropylene wastewater pipes of various diameters, 58 pieces of bends for wastewater pipes of various diameters. Installation of 6 wall-hung washbasins with installation frames, 9 wall-hung washdown WCs with installation frames, and 3 urinal bowls with installation elements. Installation of 1 electronic hygiene flushing station DN 15. Heating installation includes dismantling and disposal of 7 radiators. Laying of approx. 33 m copper pipes for heating installation, 42 pieces of pipe bends DN12+DN15, T-pieces, reductions, sleeves, transition pieces. Execution of 3 leak and load tests. Installation of approx. 215 m thermal insulation for pipes DN 12-15 made of mineral wool, AS-quality, shell D 20mm. Supply and connection of 6 profiled steel panel radiators with floor consoles. Execution of approx. 66 core drillings in ceiling and wall. Fire protection measures include 17 pieces of fire protection collars B2 R 90, DN 50-125, 21 pieces of rock wool fire protection shells up to DN20+DN 25, approx. 5 kg fire protection putty, approx. 10 kg loose mineral wool for stuffing, and approx. 50 kg factory mortar as dry mortar, mortar group III. Creation of documentation and revision documents.
