Sanitary and heating installations for the expansion of the Medical Vocational School campus: KG 410 wastewater and water systems including 30 m PE rain pipes DN 100 with insulation, 140 m PP wastewater pipes DN 40-125 with insulation, 1 compact lifting unit (surface-mounted box), 240 m stainless steel drinking water pipes DN 12-40 pressed with insulation, 25 sanitary objects (toilets/urinals/washbasins/sinks/client-provided kitchenettes), 5 electric instantaneous water heaters up to 11 kW. KG 420 heat supply systems including 1 district heating house station 35 kW with pressure maintenance MAG, 140 m stainless steel heating pipes DN 25-40 pressed with thermal insulation, 740 m² underfloor heating screed installation with 4 distribution cabinets, 1 vertical profile radiator, 1 installation of a client-provided convector radiator. KG 490 other technical system measures including 2 installations/provisions of 9 kW electric construction heaters for winter construction heating. Execution starts on 15.02.2027, completion by 14.01.2028. Alternative bids are not permitted, multiple main bids are allowed. Qualification proofs include a self-declaration of suitability with turnover for the last three years, at least three references from the last five years, employee numbers for the last three years, registrations with chambers and commercial register, declarations regarding taxes, contributions, and social security, and a tax exemption certificate according to § 48 EStG.
