Sanitary installation and decentralized hot water preparation for 29 residential units and one daycare center (6 groups): includes fixtures, fittings, grease separators, lifting station, pressure boosting system, and separation station. Heating system (district heating): comprises distribution network, room heating surfaces, and approx. 3,000 sqm of underfloor heating. Services are to be performed according to ATV-DIN 18380 (heating systems and central hot water systems), ATV-DIN 18381 (gas, water, and drainage systems within buildings), and ATV-DIN 18421 (insulation and fire protection works on technical systems).
