Sanitary works (KG 410 wastewater, water, gas systems) for the functional new building at Rems-Murr-Klinik Schorndorf: installation of sanitary technical systems including delivery, assembly, commissioning, adjustment, and documentation. This includes the construction of approximately 2,400 m of cast iron wastewater pipes (DN 50 - DN 150) including rainwater and shaft systems, the delivery and assembly of approximately 4,200 m of stainless steel drinking water pipes (DN 15 - DN 75), the delivery and commissioning of a pressure boosting system for laboratory water, the delivery and assembly of 65 washbasins, the installation of 13 wet cells with shower, toilet, and washbasin, and the delivery and assembly of 40 toilet systems with accessories. The services are expected to be performed from late April 2027 to September 2029.
