For wastewater ground lines, approximately 5 units of floor drains DN 100, 1 submersible pump in the pump sump, approximately 110 m PP sewer pipe DN 100 - 125 with fittings and connectors, approximately 200 m³ pit and trench excavation up to 1.5 m deep, approximately 100 m³ backfilling of excavated material, approximately 100 m³ delivery and installation of new soil, and approximately 200 t of soil loading, transport, and disposal are planned. Drinking water lines (cold, warm, and circulation) include 1 water softening system for raw water 23 °dH, approximately 685 m stainless steel pipe with press fittings DN 15 – 65, 1 drinking water filter DN 65, approximately 21 units of shut-off valves DN 15 – 65, approximately 10 units of automatic circulation regulating valves, approximately 42 units of core drillings 60 – 130 mm, and approximately 42 units of R-90 fire barriers DN 15 - 50. Sanitary objects comprise approximately 10 units of WC systems with rimless washdown toilets with concealed cisterns in mounting frames for lightweight walls, approximately 1 unit of accessible WC without rim with drywall mounting frame with concealed cistern, folding and support handles with remote releases for manual flushing, and backrest, approximately 2 units of dry urinal bowls made of sanitary ceramic with mounting frame for lightweight walls, approximately 15 units of washbasins made of white sanitary ceramic with mounting frame for lightweight walls, cold water and mixer taps with hygiene flush, approximately 5 units of accessible washbasins with under-run capability with mounting frames for lightweight walls and mixer taps with hygiene flush, approximately 1 unit of water dispenser for refilling water bottles, approximately 6 units of row shower systems each with 3 shower fittings, approximately 2 units of teacher shower systems with thermostatic mixer and shower hose, and the installation of approximately 35 units of provided soap dispensers, toilet paper holders, and hand towel dispensers.
