Sanitary materials for angiography and structural procedures

Supply of sanitary materials for angiography and structural procedures, divided into 5 lots, with minimum technical specifications as per Annex No. 1 and quantities as per Annex No. 2 of the tender specifications. The procurement is based on a framework agreement with multiple economic operators (the bidders ranked in the top 3 for each lot), without reopening competition. If the number of economic operators with admissible offers for a lot is less than 3, the framework agreement will be concluded with all admissible bidders. If two or more offers have the same financial value and rank, the framework agreement will be concluded with all economic operators ranked up to the maximum of 3 after a re-offering stage. The conclusion of subsequent contracts will be in accordance with clauses 3.1.3. – 3.1.6. of the framework agreement. Estimates of minimum and maximum quantities for a single subsequent contract during the framework agreement's term are as per Annex No. 1 of the tender specifications. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is found in point II.2.6 of the procurement data sheet. Estimates of minimum and maximum quantities for the entire framework agreement are as per Annex No. 2 of the tender specifications. Contracts are expected to be awarded quarterly.
