SAP ISU AMOA/AMOE Developer Services

Renewal of AMOA and AMOE services for the SAP ISU environment to ensure operational maintenance, evolutionary and corrective maintenance, and transformation of the critical OMEGA IS. Provision of expert profiles for functional and technical steering, requirements analysis, specification writing, business support, design, development, parameterization, testing, incident management, and user support. Services include operational maintenance of SAP ISU applications, implementation of functional and technical system evolutions, support for transformation and modernization projects, and ensuring service quality, data reliability, and operational continuity. The contractor will provide AMOA and/or AMOE services in close collaboration with GRDF teams. Required application documents: DC1 form or application letter, DC2 form, powers of attorney, tax certificate, social security certificates, professional liability insurance, SIREN number, financial statements for the last 3 fiscal years, non-conviction certificate, DUME (if DC1/DC2 not used), references, copy of judgment in case of insolvency proceedings, completed response framework '26-DA-PROC14129_cadre de réponse de candidature', response file '26-DA-PROC14129-REPONSE TECHNIQUE_NOMSOCIETE_LOT1OU2'. Evaluation criteria: technical and professional capabilities (80%, comprising 35% human resources, 35% technical resources, 30% 3 references < 3 years), economic and financial capabilities (20%, comprising 35% EBITDA/revenue evolution, 30% operational cash flow evolution, 35% debt ratio evolution over the last 3 fiscal years 2022/2023/2024.
