SAP Support and Development Services for IVZ and Cooperation Partners

Notice title: Rahmenvertrag Unterstützungs- und Entwicklungsleistungen für das IVZ und deren Ko-operationspartner sowie die (D)einSAP Geschäftsprozessorganisation im Bereich SAP

Framework agreement for support, development, and consulting services within the existing SAP system landscape, especially the SAP S/4 HANA solution: support for ongoing SAP operations and continuous further development and optimization of applications and processes. Services include implementation of customizing as well as functional and technical enhancements, development, operation, and further development of technical components and interfaces, consulting and technical conception in the respective SAP specialist domains, 2nd and 3rd level support (analysis and processing of incidents and service requests), implementation of changes (incl. tests, documentation, and quality assurance), documentation and presentation of work results. The award will be a framework agreement with a maximum of four framework contractors for Lots 1 and 2, and a maximum of three framework contractors for Lot 3. Services will be provided on demand upon call-off by IVZ; the client does not provide hardware. Duration: 3 years, starting from January 1, 2027, with an option for a one-time extension of 12 months.
